This is it; if it hasn't been done it won't be. Today, after performing in our local Independence Day Parade, we will begin to pack the bikes and the truck and get ready to depart. In Navy parlance; "we will be stationing the maneuvering watch in about 8 hours and making all preparations for getting underway"
Ralph and Blue are still asleep but will be up soon to attend the parade; then it's back here for a cook out and more "comraderie" (which include an ample supply of sea stories i.e. NTINS). Photos from the parade will be posted later and we will try to prevent Blue from giving us back to the British.
I'm ready to go and anxiously waiting for the next 24 hours to pass.
