That looks like an incomplete installation of the Ralph Luther Do It Yourself studded snow tire installation that he taught to John McMichael.
Now fess up, Ralph, did you sneak up to DeeeTroit and try to modify Fred's Hawg?

That was actually a "high speed insertion" with a rapid deceleration from a hot LZ into a secured zone.
ReplyDeleteNo dave, they have studded bike tires in stock up there. I imagine after this trip Doc will get into bike racing on the lake ice.
